Las Vegas has more than ballrooms and nightclubs.

If you've tried to book an event space in Las Vegas, you know the search engines mostly point you to hotels, casinos, and national marketplaces that treat this city like every other city. Desert Place Rentals exists because the valley has warehouses, backyards, rooftops, and studios that don't show up in those results — spaces owned and run by actual people, not corporate venue teams.

We started with one property in the Arts District and built a platform around a simple idea: renters should be able to book directly with hosts, hosts should keep control of their own price and rules, and the platform should only make money when a booking actually happens.

We're starting in Las Vegas on purpose — it's a market full of demand and short on independent options. As the platform grows, we plan to expand to other desert cities across Arizona and California.
